For over 24 years Matthew has led the creation of communication and technology solutions for business, consumers and government. Prior to founding MWM, Matthew designed, developed and deployed digital platforms for clients in the environmental, financial, industrial and healthcare sectors. Douglas Newman
Douglas brings more than 18 years experience in media production and programming across the web, television, radio, film, and print. As a producer for ABC News Productions and MWM Digital he has produced numerous shorts and over 20 long form documentaries for PBS, Discovery Channel, A&E, The History Channel and The New York Times. Edwin is an architect of agile, data driven, large-scale web-applications using multiple open source platforms. Prior to MWM, Edwin developed enterprise web applications for Canonical and Rackspace. (BS, Computer Science, Trinity University)

Lauren Kuca
Lauren is MWM’s go-to for getting things done and keeping everyone “in the know.” When it comes to MWM’s pre-production, production, and post-production work, she keeps everything running smoothly, on schedule and within budget. While a native of Houston, we were lucky to have Lauren join MWM after returning home from a stellar five-year run as Studio Manager at NYC’s well-known Brand New School. Joe Ross
Joe is a design strategist and graphic and user interface/experience designer with a background in video production and cinema history. His approach to design is rooted in historical styles and conventions but with an eye to the future of a brand and its place in contemporary culture. He currently serves as President of the Houston Chapter of AIGA the professional association for design. (BA, Media Production, University of Houston)

Rachel Rothberg
Rachel is an art director and graphic designer with extensive experience in brand systems and brand strategy. After earning her BA from University of Houston’s Graphic Communications BLOCK program, she began her career in-house for Transwestern. Rachel then spent several years honing her skills at PH Design and Principle where she became proficient in typography, identity design, brand systems, environmental design and experimentation with production in both the digital and physical environment.

Robert Wolf
Robert is a highly talented front end developer and UX/UI designer. He is most adept and creative when he’s developing experiences for his true passion and sweet spot: mobile optimized workflows and interactivity. Robert is a terrific listener and loves to analyze user behaviors and design on just about any website anytime with anyone. He is also our gamer-in-the-know on the latest and greatest experiences hitting the street.

She brings a fresh and well-educated perspective to copywriting, social media, editorial operations, content strategy, messaging, and overall engagement for MWM’s digital experiences.
